What is the delivery time?

The delivery time consists of two phases:

1–3 business days.

Italy: 5–10 working days

Shipping is carried out by Poste Italiane .

Delivery times do not include any customs delays. During peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday, New Year's Eve), deliveries may take longer.

We offer free premium shipping, including insurance against theft, loss, or damage.

After shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

You can track your order on the “track your order” page on our website.

The order may be shipped in multiple packages.
