Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms the following shall apply:

Withdrawal period: The period within which the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal.
Consumer: The natural person who is not acting in the exercise of a professional or entrepreneurial activity and who enters into a distance contract with the professional.
Day: Calendar day.
Long-term contract: A distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services, the delivery and/or provision of which is spread over time.
Durable medium: Any means that allows the consumer or professional to store information addressed to him personally in a way that allows for future consultation and unchanged reproduction.
Right of withdrawal: The consumer's right to withdraw from the distance contract within the withdrawal period.
Professional: The natural or legal person who offers products and/or services remotely to consumers.
Distance contract: A contract concluded within the framework of an organised distance selling system of products and/or services, without the simultaneous presence of the professional and the consumer.
Distance communication technique: Means that can be used to conclude a contract without the simultaneous presence of the parties in the same place.
General Conditions: These General Conditions of the professional.


Article 2 – Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason. During the withdrawal period, the consumer must treat the product and its packaging with care.

If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, he or she will return the product with all accessories supplied and, if possible, in its original condition and packaging, in accordance with the trader's reasonable instructions.


Article 3 – Applicability

These general conditions apply to every offer from the professional and to every distance contract concluded between the professional and the consumer.

Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated that the general conditions can be consulted at the professional's office and will be sent free of charge upon request.

If the distance contract is concluded electronically, the text of the general conditions may be provided in electronic format so that the consumer can save it on a durable medium.

In the event that, in addition to these general conditions, specific conditions relating to products or services also apply, the consumer can always invoke the provision most favorable to him in the event of a conflict.

If one or more provisions are found to be void or invalid, the remainder of the contract remains valid and the provision will be replaced by one that reflects its original purpose as closely as possible.

Unregulated situations will be evaluated according to the spirit of these general conditions.


Article 4 – The offer

If an offer has a limited duration or is subject to conditions, this will be expressly stated.
The offer is non-binding. The professional may modify it.

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered.

Any obvious errors or manifest errors do not bind the professional.

The images are indicative and do not give rise to any right to compensation or termination of the contract.

The images faithfully represent the products, but perfect color matching is not guaranteed.

Each offer clearly states:

  • Any shipping costs

  • Methods of concluding the contract

  • Applicability of the right of withdrawal

  • Payment and delivery methods

  • Offer validity period

  • Any remote communication costs

  • If the contract is archived

  • How to verify and correct data

  • Available languages

  • Applicable Codes of Conduct

  • Minimum contract duration

  • Available sizes, colors and materials


Article 5 – The contract

The contract is concluded upon acceptance of the offer by the consumer.

If acceptance occurs electronically, the professional will confirm receipt without delay.

The professional adopts adequate technical and organizational measures for data security.

It can verify the consumer's ability to fulfill payment obligations.

The professional will also provide:

  • Address for any complaints

  • Information on the right of withdrawal

  • Information on guarantees

  • Data provided for in Article 4

  • Termination conditions for long-term contracts

Each contract is subject to product availability.


Article 6 – Right of withdrawal (purchase of products)

The consumer can withdraw within 30 days of receiving the product.

You must communicate your decision within 30 days in writing or by email.

After notification, the product must be returned within 30 days.

If the right is not exercised within the established timeframe, the sale becomes final.


Article 7 – Costs in case of withdrawal

Return costs are borne by the consumer.

The refund will be made within 30 days of receiving the return, provided that the product has been returned or proof of shipment is provided.


Article 8 – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

It can be excluded for products:

  • Customized

  • Clearly personal

  • Non-returnable by nature

  • Perishables

  • With price subject to financial fluctuations

  • Individual newspapers and magazines

  • Opened sealed software or media

  • Hygienic products with broken seals


Article 9 – Price

Prices will not be increased during the validity period, except for VAT changes.

Printing errors do not bind the professional.


Article 10 – Conformity and warranty

The products must comply with the contract.

Defects must be reported within 30 days.

The guarantee does not apply in the event of:

  • Self-service repairs

  • Improper use

  • Abnormal conditions

  • Government requirements on materials


Article 11 – Delivery and execution

Orders will be fulfilled within 30 days.

In case of delay, the consumer can withdraw.

The risk passes to the consumer upon delivery.


Article 12 – Long-term contracts

The consumer can withdraw with a maximum notice of one month.

Automatic renewal for fixed periods is not permitted, except in specific exceptions.


Article 13 – Payment

Payments must be made within seven working days of the start of the withdrawal period.


Article 14 – Complaints

Complaints must be submitted within 7 days.

They will receive a response within 14 days.


Article 15 – Disputes

Contracts are governed exclusively by Dutch law, even if the consumer resides abroad.
